These Terms of Service govern your use of the CALDOORS LTD website and any enquiry, quotation request,
online order or payment submitted through it. By using this website, submitting an order or making an
online payment, you agree to these Terms.
01About Caldoors
CALDOORS LTD manufactures and supplies windows, doors, glazing systems, rooflights, hardware and
related products for domestic and commercial projects. CALDOORS LTD, 51 Manchester Road, Mandeville,
Jamaica Email: info@caldoorsfactorydirect.com Telephone/WhatsApp: +1 876 625 1890
02Website Services
The website may allow visitors to view products and completed projects, add products to a quotation
list, request quotations, submit measurements, specifications and project documents, purchase eligible
standard products, pay deposits, invoices or outstanding balances online, and contact CALDOORS by
email, telephone or WhatsApp. Some products may be available for direct online purchase, while
made-to-measure products normally require a formal quotation and specification approval.
03Product Information
CALDOORS makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices, specifications,
photographs and availability information are accurate. However, website images may be illustrative,
colours may appear differently depending on the screen or lighting conditions, dimensions and
specifications must be confirmed before custom manufacture, product availability may change, and
products shown in completed projects may have been specially configured. For made-to-measure products,
the approved quotation, drawing or product schedule takes priority over general website information.
04Prices and Currency
Prices will be displayed in the currency identified on the website, quotation, invoice or payment
page. Unless stated otherwise, delivery and installation are not included, applicable taxes, fees and
additional services may be added, a displayed product price may apply only to the stated size or
configuration, and custom sizes, finishes, glass and hardware may require a separate quotation. If a
price is published incorrectly because of a technical, typographical or supplier error, CALDOORS may
correct the error before accepting the order. If payment has already been received, CALDOORS will
offer the customer the corrected price or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.
05Online Orders
Submitting an online order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated payment or
order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that CALDOORS has accepted the order. An order is
accepted when CALDOORS sends an order confirmation or otherwise confirms that processing or
manufacture has begun. CALDOORS may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where a product is
unavailable, the price or description contains a material error, required specifications are missing,
the order cannot reasonably be manufactured or delivered, payment cannot be verified, fraud or
unauthorised activity is suspected, or the order would violate applicable law. If CALDOORS declines an
order after receiving payment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
06Quotations and Custom Orders
A quotation request does not create a binding order. A formal quotation may specify products,
quantities and dimensions, materials, colours, glass and hardware, price and applicable taxes, deposit
and payment requirements, estimated production and delivery periods, installation services, and
assumptions, exclusions or special conditions. A quotation is valid only for the period stated on it.
A custom order becomes binding after CALDOORS accepts it and receives any required deposit, signed
approval, electronic approval or written confirmation.
07Online Payments
Online payments may be processed by the authorised payment provider identified at checkout. Depending
on the transaction, customers may be able to pay the full purchase price, a manufacturing deposit, a
quotation or invoice balance, delivery or installation charges, or another agreed project payment. By
submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method, the
billing and payment information is accurate, and sufficient funds or credit are available. CALDOORS
and its payment provider may perform reasonable payment-verification and fraud-prevention checks.
CALDOORS does not guarantee that a payment will be authorised, and payment providers and financial
institutions may decline, delay or reverse a transaction.
08Payment Security
Card and payment information is entered into systems operated by the selected payment provider.
CALDOORS does not intend to receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on
its own website systems. The payment provider may collect and process payment information according to
its own terms and privacy policy. Customers should not send complete card details through email,
WhatsApp or the website contact form.
09Payment Confirmation
A payment is considered received only after CALDOORS or its payment provider confirms successful
authorisation and settlement. A pending bank transaction, screenshot, receipt from another application
or customer account notification does not by itself prove that funds have been received by CALDOORS.
If payment is incomplete, reversed or declined, CALDOORS may suspend order processing, manufacture,
delivery or installation until payment is completed.
10Failed or Duplicate Payments
If a payment attempt fails, the customer should verify the transaction with their financial
institution before trying again. If the same transaction is charged more than once, the customer
should contact CALDOORS with the customer name, order or invoice number, transaction dates and
amounts, and any payment confirmation or reference numbers. CALDOORS will investigate confirmed
duplicate payments and refund any amount collected in error.
11Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact CALDOORS promptly if they do not recognise a charge or believe an order or
payment is incorrect. CALDOORS will investigate reasonable payment concerns and attempt to resolve
them. Nothing in these Terms prevents a customer from exercising a lawful right to dispute an
unauthorised or incorrect payment through their bank or payment provider. Knowingly filing a false
chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension of the order and recovery of unpaid amounts or
reasonable costs where permitted by law.
12Measurements and Approvals
Where CALDOORS performs the final measurement, manufacture will be based on the measurements recorded
and approved by CALDOORS. Where the customer supplies measurements, drawings or specifications, the
customer is responsible for ensuring that they are accurate and complete. Customers must review all
dimensions, drawings, colours, opening directions, glass types, hardware and other specifications
before approval. Changes requested after approval may affect the price and completion date and may not
be possible after manufacturing begins.
13Made-to-Measure Products
Many CALDOORS products are manufactured specifically for an individual customer or project. Once
materials have been ordered or manufacture has begun, a made-to-measure product generally cannot be
cancelled, exchanged or returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect legal rights
relating to products that are defective, unsafe, materially different from the approved specification
or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
14Deposits and Balance Payments
A deposit may be required before design, material ordering or manufacture begins. Unless otherwise
agreed, production may not begin until the deposit is successfully received, the balance must be paid
according to the quotation or invoice, and delivery, collection or installation may be delayed while
an amount remains outstanding. Deposits may be applied toward materials, design, administration and
manufacturing costs. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable quotation and the CALDOORS
Returns and Refunds Policy.
15Production and Delivery
Production, completion and delivery periods are estimates unless a guaranteed date is expressly agreed
in writing. Timelines may be affected by material availability, specification changes, weather,
transportation, customs delays, power interruptions, site readiness or circumstances outside CALDOORS'
reasonable control. If CALDOORS is unable to supply an online purchase, the customer will be offered
an appropriate alternative, revised delivery date or refund.
16Installation
Installation is included only where expressly stated in the order or quotation. Where installation is
included, the customer must provide safe and reasonable access and disclose known conditions that may
affect the work. Unexpected structural defects, unsuitable openings, electrical services, plumbing,
hazardous materials or other concealed conditions may require a revised price and timeline.
17Inspection and Product Problems
Customers should inspect products as soon as reasonably possible after delivery, collection or
installation. Visible damage, missing items or apparent specification differences should be reported
promptly, preferably within 48 hours. This helps CALDOORS investigate and does not remove statutory
rights.
18Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, repairs, replacements and refunds are governed by the CALDOORS Returns and
Refunds Policy. Approved online-payment refunds will normally be returned to the original payment
method unless another method is required by law or agreed for a legitimate reason.
19Intellectual Property
The website and its original content, including its design, text, photographs, graphics, logos and
project presentations, are owned by or licensed to CALDOORS LTD. Website material may not be
reproduced, sold, republished or commercially exploited without written permission.
20Acceptable Use
You must not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity, use stolen, unauthorised or false
payment information, attempt to bypass payment or security controls, interfere with the website's
operation, upload malicious or infringing files, submit false or misleading information, or attempt to
gain unauthorised administrative access.
21Third-Party Services
The website may use or link to payment providers, WhatsApp, email applications, delivery services or
other third-party platforms. These services operate independently and may have their own terms and
privacy practices. CALDOORS is not responsible for an external service except to the extent required
by law.
22Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CALDOORS is not responsible for losses arising solely from inaccurate
customer-supplied measurements or specifications, unauthorised use of a customer's payment method
caused by the customer's failure to protect it, payment-provider or bank interruptions, reliance on
general website information instead of an approved specification, or events outside CALDOORS'
reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights where doing so would
be unlawful.
23Privacy
Personal and payment-related information is handled according to the CALDOORS Privacy Policy and the
payment provider's privacy policy.
24Changes to These Terms
CALDOORS may update these Terms when its website, payment options, services or legal obligations
change. Changes will not retroactively alter an accepted order unless agreed by the parties or
required by law.
25Governing Law
These Terms and online transactions are governed by the laws of Jamaica, including applicable
consumer-protection, sale-of-goods, data-protection and electronic-transactions legislation.
